To enter the Run of Hope Pembrokeshire you will need to follow our simple three step process. Application: Fill out the application form. Then click next. Payment: Select either the 5k or 1m run. You will then be required to pay via paypal for the chosen run. Finish. If your payment is successful you will return to the Run of Hope website. Please fill in all of the details. Thank you.
